Well, according to src/share/misc/bsd-family-tree, 4.3 dates from
second quarter 1986, and 20 years ago was about the time networking was
being added to 4.1.

Not that this has much bearing on the DEV_BSIZE stuff; I just had red
flags go up in my mind when I saw 4.3 semi-equated with "15 to 20 years
old", because 15 years ago the place I was at had just about barely
replaced 4.1c with 4.2...I remember un-porting some code that had been
ported to Eunice, making it run on 4.2....
