My /grub/menu.lst reads:

kernel (hd0,a)/xen dom0_mem=131072 mem=3092M
module (hd0,a)/netbsd-XEN3_DOM0 root=/dev/ld0a ro console=tty0

I am using extra RAM to be safe and bonus tip, also from Manuel... if 
you notice the ld0a root device, my RAID system needed the 
/grub/device.map to be changed to:

(hd0)   /dev/rld0d
