I realize this is off topic, but has anyone here recently requested any 
hobbyist licenses from Montagar? I ask because earlier I tried and got 
nothing, and then tonight I tried and got the processor license but the 
layered products one was "pre-expired" (it had a October of last year as 
its expiration date) Since by anniversary date is Feb I don't think that's 
the problem, but who knows these days.
