The 85, 95 and 96 have the same hardware manual.
I don't know the 3100/80.

The 3100/96 has the same mainboard as the VAX 4000/106A.
I think Michael Kukat has NetBSD running on 4000/105A. Maybe he
could compile a kernel for you.
Anyway, it's a really nice VAX and very fast (for a VAX).
