Hi.

I have this nice VS 4000/90 with 128MB RAM. There is a 1.8GB disk
connected, mounted with softdeps. Today the 1.5W kernel paniced because
it ran out of mem while I was performing intensive FS Ops on the softdep
FFS. Additionaly: CVS often crashes because it can not get enough RAM.
How should I tune the kernel that it can deal with more mem?
Increade MAXUSERS, DFLDSIZ, MAXDSIZ, ???? and what else?
What values are resonible for a machine with 128MB RAM?
MAXUSERS 64?
DFLDSIZ 64M?
MAXDSIZ 128M?
??????
