Fred,

Have you verified that this CD player in fact can boot on this 
computer?  What's the model number?  Is it set for 512K block
size?

My trusty test is to keep a copy of the OpenVMS 7.2CD about.
Anything that works will boot that.

Is the "Wasabi" CD advertised as Vax-bootable?
