While bringing up 1.4P last night I noticed some strange behaviour of
the login cursor positioning as it came up. When the vt100 terminal
was designated, the cursor popped half way up the screen to about line
30 or thereabouts, at the start of the line, and then needed about a
couple dozen carriage returns to bring it down the screen to the
command line. It is not anything major, but just a minor annoyance.
Anyone else see that kind of behavior in the cursor on a VS3100 with
the old VR262 type mono monitors? Is there a fix? Other than that,
the 1.4P seems to run quite sell, and the terminal emulator seems to
run a vt100 fairly correctly, although the shift > character does not
work on the shift-. key. Other than those minor things, I am pleased
with it, so far. Any suggestions or insights are appreciated.

Thanks

Bob
