MOP is only used to load the DS90+.  To connect to other systems you
would be using the LAT protocol.  Unfortunately, LAT is proprietary to
Compaq and/or Cabletron (I'm not sure who got it as part of the Digital
divesture).  

I'm pretty sure the DS90+ predates the adding of IP and Telnet to the
terminal servers but you might to see if there is a telnet command.
