I am having trouble configuring an Ultra 1 running solaris 8 to netboot another ultra 1 without an os. Following the diskless(8) man page steps, I got to the point where:

     9. Copy and customize at least the following files in
          /export/myclient/root:
                # cd /export/myclient/root/etc
                # cp fstab.nfs fstab
                # cp /etc/hosts hosts
                # echo myclient > myname
                # echo "inet 192.197.96.12" > ifconfig.le0

Note that "le0" above should be replaced with the name of the net-
work interface that the client will use for booting.

Should I just create a new fstab file and make the changes from step 10 of diskless(8) or am I missing the fstab.nfs file. Also, I was wondering what myname is refering to in the line " echo myclient > myname ".

BTW: as you probally noticed, I am a newbie to NetBSD in general so please bear with me and my ignorance. I searched usenet and the web for help on this issue and found none. Also, does NetBSD have a channel on IRC? And, any websites that would help me to avoid posting to the mailing list would be appreciated (or even just one person willing to answer questions). Finally, I know AOL sucks but I'm required to use it.

Thanks in Advance,
Gordon
