According to this table:
  http://mbus.sunhelp.org/systems/sun/ss20.htm
the combination of two single 180MHz ROSS modules is no problem
whatsoever. Even using two Twin-180 modules (i. e. 4 CPUs) is fine.

I have SM71 modules (75MHz SuperSPARC), and those get fairly hot,
but still using two of them is not a problem. If a single module
is only warm, you shouldn't worry at all.

If you know of a cheap source for 180MHz HyperSPARC modules, please
let me know, I'd like to get a couple of those, too :)
