Have you looked in /var/log/messages to see if the reboot process found a
kernel core dump on swap?  If so, it should tell you what panic you have.
My NetBSD/pc532 has also been crashing during /etc/daily and it is due
to a "free vnode isn't" panic.  It crashes very regularly during /etc/daily.
I'd really like to know it it is the same panic you are seeing.
