Hi all

NetBSD/sgimips is slef-hosted, but it seems that the procedure to
install a boostrap is not documented anywhere. The FAQ states that you
need to netboot, this is out of date.

Anyone can explain me how to install the boostrap? I'll update the FAQ
while I'm here.
