FWIW, I've tried to update the pmax install docs a bit, see below.
Does anyone think that adding a Ultrix gunzip binary is a good idea?
If so I can add that. If not let me know too, and I'll fix that part of
the docs, too.

Responsible-Changed-Why:
I have committed an update for src/distrib/notes/pmax/install and src/distrib/notes/pmax/whatis

An open issue is the Ultrix gunzip program: Do we want to ship that again?
It was last shipped with 1.5.2, and it's not part of the release, thus
(right now) needs to be added manually (which is probably the reason it's
not part of the release. We could automate this by having a UUencoded
binary in the tree, like we do for the i386 'misc' files like rawrite.zip.

Simon: please let me know if we should ship the Ultrix gunzip binary
or not - if so, I'll add it.
