Hello from a lurker ...

I've got a 5000/200 currently running NetBSD 1.3.3. The box has 32MB
of memory, and is configured with 128MB of swap space. All was well,
except for an occasional SCSI driver error message, which didn't seem
to affect anything.

Anyway, I recently bought a 32MB Kingston memory board on eBay, and
attempted to install it. The hardware seemed to be recognized just
fine by the firmware, but I started getting panics during the OS load.
I don't believe that the fault is a defective card, because if I
install ONLY the Kingston card, the system runs just like normal. It's
only when I try to mix the Kingston with one of the original 8MB cards
that I get the problem.

Any suggestions? I was going to try upgrading to v1.4, but I've got
people actually using this box for web and mail services, so I'm loath
to risk too much. However, if it's likely that this will resolve the
problem, then I'll go for it.
