Well, from the PROM-Version info I get the impression that you are asking
this question in the wrong list :-) AFAIK the 1300 series of X-Terminals are
in fact VAXstations in disguise. There has been a bit of discussion about
these particular beasts in the port-vax list some time ago. IIRC someone has
managed to get one of these boot a NetBSD kernel...

Are the SCSI buses on a separate daughter-board that is connected to the
main CPU board by a few centimeters of ribbon cable? There ought to be 2
NCR5380 on this board and some weird looking connectors...

Most likely they need some customized version of X11 (+ a minimal kernel,
though I donīt know if that would be more like Ultrix or more like VMS :-))

Mhmm, what's so special about LSI? It's been some time since I ripped apart
my VS3100, so I don't remember if they are stuffed with the same brand of
chips...

BTW: Do you have some source for Apollo hardware? I'd be interested in a
Apollo Domain or a HP 4xx series machine.... :-)
