Just a reminder 2 you all that, since I broke my arm on Xmas eve, and
then a server crash, the 1.3 pmax sets didn't get built for the release.
Also, While I'm on holiday in New Zealand, I'm largely out of touch of
email. 

I'll be back in California the end of htis week and I'll start
catching up then.
