Thinking about it, we could probably support this as soon as we had a
read-only fs working. The hard part about going r/w is updating the
btree's and allocation tables. For what you suggest, there will already be
a file on the MacOS partition with the right name of the right size. All
we need to do is re-write existing data. That's not as hard as changing
the allocation tables. :-)
