Hi,

libbfd.so.3.0  is indeed missing. (I had the same problem for building a=20=

kernel)
copying the file from a 1.5 distro solved my problem.

I think this might be related to the new toolchain stuff.
libbfd has been removed by Jason Thorpe according to the cvs log.
