There is a README file that explains what the files are.  If you have any
suggestions on how to improve the README, please let me know (by private
email).

You will need xbase12 and xserver12 to run X.  The xcomp12 distribution
file is needed for compiling other X-based applications, and naturally
requires the comp12 set from the NetBSD binary distribution.
