   ... beats me, and I packaged it up.  Nobody's pulled it from my box, so
   maybe I'm the only one who loaded secr(11?) on my v1.2 system and made
   such a hodge of things that this was "needed."

   or perhaps everyone else doesn't toss their distribution files as fast
   as I do.  :^)
