Does anyone have ANY idea at all what might cause the booter to freeze?
It won't work no matter what I do. I'm using an ordniary macII, no
virtual memory, 32-bit addressing is on, video is in 1-bit mode, scsi is
properly terminated, a PMMU is installed, an FPU is installed, plenty o'
swap space, all extentions except for mode 32 are turned off, and all
BSD files are installed.
