I've updated the unofficial pcmcia patch kit for the latest -current.
This version has changes to keep up with -current, plus a couple minor
tweaks to keep it from interfering with other platforms building in the
same tree and an update for one particular type of NE2000 clone card.

No new real functionality.

As before, there's no guarantee that this code will ever appear in an
official release in this form.  In fact, I can almost guarantee that
this stuff will NOT appear in this form in an official release.

This stuff is basically on life support until proper driver code is
written (I know someone working on such, but I'll let him speak up when
he's ready for public testing).
