It's a random error returned by the controller in a Command Control
Block.  BusLogic has consistently failed to ship me any documentation,
so I can't check what it's documented to mean (if anything).

It's telling you that a command failed for an unknown reason.
(Perhaps it could be a little clearer on this.)
