mupdf: Add a TODO about zathura-pdf-mupdf

zathura-pdf-mupdf needs update for mupdf-1.12.0 API differences.

(Until that is not solved it's better to not update print/mupdf IMHO)

+  between the 1.11 and 1.12.0 API. I will try to update zathura-pdf-mupdf
