wpi wireless card firmware install problem

Hi

I installed wpi firmware from pkgsrc.
But still i get the messages


Cannot read firmware
cannot load firmware

I bread the instructions and it something about enabling something
in the kernel, but that wa instructions for linux (CONFIG_FW_LOADER),
and i guess it is not applicable for netbsd, do i miss a step?

I installed from pkgsrc as normal /usr/pkgsrc/sysutils/wpi-firmware2
And did nothing else.

Anything else i need to do ?
which logs should i read to find errors
