I still think it is wrong PKGREVISION reset.

2017/01/01      php-curl has PKGREVISION=1: 5.6.29nb1 7.0.14nb1 7.1.0nb1
2017/01/19      php71 => 7.1.1;  php-curl:  5.6.29nb1 7.0.14nb1 7.1.1nb1
2017/01/19      php70 => 7.0.15: php-curl:  5.6.29nb1 7.0.15nb1 7.1.1nb1
2017/01/20      php56 => 5.6.30: php-curl:  5.6.30nb1 7.0.15nb1 7.1.1nb1
2017/02/18      php70 => 7.0.16: php-curl:  5.6.30nb1 7.0.16nb1 7.1.1nb1
2017/02/18      php71 => 7.1.2:  php-curl:  5.6.30nb1 7.0.16nb1 7.1.2nb1
2017/02/27      PKGREVISION reset: php-curl: 5.6.30 7.0.16 7.1.2

So, php56-curl's PKGVERSION revert after more than 1 month. I do not
think it is good choice for us.
