Oracle's.

I don't think that we should support each and every original licence in
pkgsrc, if you don't have information, you should find it in distributed
files. What is more important, you should read licence from beginning to
the end rather than look at its shape. In this case it "looks" like BSD
but it isn't, the difference is significant.
