Update to libXxf86misc-1.0.2. Changes:

renamed: .cvsignore -> .gitignore
Add README with pointers to mailing list, bugzilla & git repos
Migrate to xorg macros 1.3 & XORG_DEFAULT_OPTIONS
libXxf86misc 1.0.2
Add *~ to .gitignore to skip patch/emacs droppings
Replace static ChangeLog with dist-hook to generate from git log
nuke RCS Ids
Janitor: ansification, make distcheck, compiler warnings, .gitignore.
