Log Message:
Update to MPFR 2.4.2-p3.

Previously used cumulative patch is no longer distributed,
replace it with individual patches.
It is hard to tell what the patch level was before.

cvs rdiff -u -r1.14 -r1.15 pkgsrc/math/mpfr/Makefile
cvs rdiff -u -r1.8 -r1.9 pkgsrc/math/mpfr/distinfo
