Should change default value of RCD_SCRIPT_SRC.<script> to empty
if ${FILESDIR}/<script>.sh doesn't exist?

I don't know what problem exists on mail/spamassassin with DESTDIR,
but this commit force some pakcage (ex. sysutils/bkupsd) to set
RCD_SCRIPT_SRC.<script>.
