"Loss of acceleration on rotation" PR in pre-release tasks, any possibility of making it to 10?

I tried out a recent NetBSD 10.0 BETA snapshot after a long time.

The issue of loss of acceleration on rotation is still open.

This issue is identified in the pre-release checklist

It is described as "Many of these are waiting for feedback." However 57143
is not waiting for feedback. It is "Open".

Is there any chance of it making it to 10?
