 You are using -u so this has to be the effect of something previously
 gone wrong and the "update" build not fixing it.
 
 I would remove the whole object dir once
 (rm -rf /usr/src_netbsd-10_buildsh/build1-amd64-thinkpad)
 and try again with a clean build.
