 This bug affects 8.0_RC1 (2018-06-18) as well.
 
 In my case, I was upgrading from 7.0 with unbound from pkgsrc. Even =
 after switching to the 8.0 unbound and moving my unbound.conf into =
 /etc/unbound, I found that unbound started fine, but syslog still =
 wouldn=E2=80=99t start.
