 Could you please provide the following info?
 - dmesg
 - type/status of your HUB (speed/duplex, switching/dumb etc.)
 - output of 'ifconfig -m mec0'
 - contents of /etc/ifconfig.mec0
 
 I can't reproduce the problem on my R5k O2, but I guess
 some fixes are needed in mec_statchg().
