The new awk in netbsd -currrent seems to be incompatible with the
usage of pkgtools/pkgchk.

This might instead be a bug in pkg_chk, in which case this PR belongs
in the pkg/ category, but I'm assuming otherwise initially, since
pkg_chk works on other platforms and older netbsd.
