There's a lot of other incompatibilities lying around too.  The
Ultrix Hesiod I think was an outgrowth of DCE wasn't it?  But, for
another example, take the grplist that we completely ignore.  And
there are the iterated versions of the map with I think that MIT's
version never had.  We should probably go through and change the
code to try grplist first and iterate second, etc, etc.
