NAS compiles and installs without complaint.  Starting nasd as a normal
user fails, but no feedback is given regardless of how the options or
nasd.conf are set.  If started as root, the following is appended to 
/var/log/audio0log:

Fatal server error:
could not create audio connection block info

Soundcard is an SB-live, if it matters, but I've had this problem with
an AWE-32 and NetBSD 1.4.x as well.
