	the net/netatalk package hardcodes the atalk ETCDIR to ${prefix}/etc,
	which is many environments is a shared directory.

	if one wants to have a different configuration for atalk between different
	machines, one loses as there is only one configuration directory.

>How-To-Repeat:

	attempt to setup netatalk via pkgsrc on two machines with a shared
	/usr/pkg but have different requirements for each machine.  lose.

	allow the netatalk package to specify the etcdir.  i personally use
	/etc/atalk but that is me...
