I have the default (as shipped with NetBSD) send-pr(1) setup installed.

That's what I would expect to happen since I don't have a "gcc" site
defined.  Of course, `send-pr netbsd' does the expected thing.  It just
happens to be the default on our systems (thus the `netbsd' stie isn't
necessary on the command line).
