If I usr "make distribution" in src/etc, and mtree exists because something
was corrected, then the make fails.

cd .../src/etc ; make distribution DESTDIR=/
>Fix:
maybe use "-mtree ..." in the distrib-dirs rule. However this may
break things if there reall is an error.
