Argh!!!  I'm working on it.  The sources *are* on sun-lamp, but they're
not directly accessible.  I'm putting together a tar file of the source
and (*gasp*) a how-to-build document.  Hope to get this together tonight.
The sourec is on cray-ymp.acm.stuorg.vt.edu, now.
At least for now, it's in ~ftp/pub/NetBSD_Mac/ksrc...  Not sure where
it should live...
