I think that I fixed this the other day.  Let me know how the upgrade

I'm curious what 'show registers' says.

Just to make sure that I understand: have you reproduced this with other
cards, or just with the USB OHCI card?

What does pcictl say about that CardBus bridge before you insert a card?
