I am searching an altq configuration for the following example:

interface rtk0 bandwidth 100M

interface vlan1, vlan2, vlan3, vlan4 are vlan interfaces at rtk0.
Is it possible to guarantee each vlan interfcae 25M without limiting the 
interfaces to 25M ?
