NIS/YP hosed.

Server: NetBSD/sparc 1.5E; Client: NetBSD/i386 1.5E

- replaced portmap with rpcbind

- installed /etc/netconfig

- "make build" got at least far into the build as to rebuild libc and
  libutil

- ypserv starts and appears to run

- rpc.yppasswdd starts and appears to run

- ypbind hangs

`domainname` is non-null.  I'm missing something, here.
