My apologies, the one on regensburg hadn't been modified in quite a while,
so it was beginning to seem like it's development had died out. Glad to
hear it hasn't.

Hmmm, this was brought up once before, don't remember all the references
sited off hand, but any BSD 4.4 dev writers guide would be a good
starting point. There might be something in the O'Reilly 4.4BSD series,
not sure about that though. Other than that, the source...
