Change up the mobile menu a bit.

The intention is to avoid having some of the text under the menu button.
This isn't a change for appearance but functionality, feel free to adjust
it further. I've mostly attempted to keep it still appearing like a menu.
(bonus: now you should be able to click anywhere at the top)

This takes up about 20% of the screen in landscape mode on mobile; and about 25% on a 170% zoom on a 1366x768 desktop.

Is clicking anywhere in such a huge empty top bar worth it for so much screen being devoted to whitespace?  I'd rather have a little bit of text covered under the menu button (usually shouldn't be an issue due to scrolling being available, plus, the menuicon being on the right side of the left-aligned text helps, too) than setting aside 1/4th of my screen to avoid the slight inconvenience!

C.
