Log Message:
Treat the version info for minimum NetBSD version as historical info about port
and when support was added for a particular system.
Use a more recent version number to describe convention.
Direct reader to nycdn for snapshots rather than the snapshots subdirectory on
ftp.n.o which is no longer updated.
Switch from ftp.n.o links over FTP to HTTP links via cdn.
