Comment out some projects that are either complete, irrelevant, or
too hard:

        Hardware bridge(4) support
        Eliminate CardBus
        Physical address management
        WiFi Visualizer
        FPGA ...
        save & restore PF state

Add articles ("a", "an") to the "makefs enhancements" project.

Update Boot Images for NetBSD Appliances.
