Regen from index.xml to update port news:
> Maintain portnewsitems:
> - add a late NetBSD 4.0 entry before it will be superseded by the next one
> - remove items about EOLed releases (no worth to keep old MI news in MD pages)
> - remove items about obsolete snapshots
> - fix some indent
