Maybe we should redefine what "stable" means here.

When we didn't have cross toolchains, "having binary release"
meant that the port was stable enough to create release binaries
by itself.

In these days it's no longer correct (all binaries are created
by the autobuild with cross toolchains), so "stable/exper" as per
official binary release is not appropriate.

Actually, hp700 is still unstable and experimental state, AFAIK. 
ofppc haven't booted on my FirePowerES since 2.0.
I doubt any people try bebox, luna68k etc. recently.

For now, I'd suggest just to remove "stable/exper" words from the table.
